In 2011, in response to an increasing number of ministry opportunities, it was suggested that the congregation undertake a discernment process to better understand God's direction for Redeemer. The Discernment Steering Committee, consisting of Tony Arnold, Jonathan Krigger, Pat McAbee, Sarah Metzmeier, Ed Schumacher, Doris Swain, and Eric Wahl, held two congregational meetings on Saturday, February 11, and Sunday, February 12, 2012, wherein the congregation's past, present, and future ministry efforts were discussed. Presented here is the resulting report on those meetings. |
